Sense of Body is a 3 hour meditation in movement. It uses dance as a way of connecting the soul with the body, as an opportunity to discharge the accumulated physical and emotional stresses, to get familiar with oneself, to connect to peace and delight of life. In this approach, awareness comes from the body. One learns to listen to the advices of the body, to take care of it. The body never lies and expresses itself in an uncompromisingly clear way.
